Delivery of continuous improvement to systems
Systems Performance
Creation and managing of regular reporting and measures to ensure optimisation of systems
Database admin activity to optimise reporting and systems performance
Process mapping of the end-to-end processes
Change, Incident, problem management
I-Grasp experience preferred
