The role reports to the Engineering Manager.

The successful candidate will have the ability to lead step change improvement in business KPI’s: Quality, Cost and Output.

They will have the ability to apply systematic scientific approaches (SPC; FMEA) to problem solving, blending analytical and experimental skills to maximise overall equipment effectiveness and efficiency.

Initiates and delivers innovative process improvement projects and activities leading to new or improved technology or process.

Provides ongoing technical support by providing scientific understanding and technical engineering skills to systematically solve product and process issues.
