PROCESS ENGINEER
- This role reports into the Engineering Manager and the purpose of the position is to bring about improvements in business KPIs: Quality, Cost, Yield, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), throughput etc.
- The ideal person will have the ability to apply systematic scientific approaches to problem solving, blending analytical and experimental skills to maximise overall equipment effectiveness and efficiency.
- Can initiate and lead medium - long term innovative Process improvement projects
- Lead activities that either generate new or improved technology and/or Processes.
- For current programs, next generation programs and to meet strategic goals and objectives of the business.
- Ongoing Manufacturing Support by providing scientific understanding and technical engineering skills to systematically solve product and Process issues.
