An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Infrastructure Support Team Leader to join my clients based in Dunfermline.
In this role you will be responsible for managing a team of Infrastructure Support Analysts within a multi-site organisation. The successful candidate will ideally come from a large company background i.e (1000 +users).
Skills in areas such as;
Windows 2008 Server, Exchange Server, VMWare, SAN, HP hardware and Cisco (though not essential)
You will have responsibility for mentoring, work allocation and process, SLA & procedure monitoring along with resource planning and the career development of your team.
You will work very closely with the Project Team on setting and agreeing resource plans during Network and Infrastructure Projects (upgrade and implementation).
